TribalShimmy.com bears no responsibility should an item become unavailable prior to receiving your order. The customer will be notified via email should an item be unavailable and replacement stock may be suggested.



• Shipping & Delivery
• Depending on the size and destination of the package, TribalShimmy.com will ships merchandise via UPS or USPS. All merchandise ordered from TribalShimmy.com will ship within 2 weeks or order receipt. The customer will receive notice of any merchandise which is no longer available and any shipping delays due to backorders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



• Return Policy
• If you need to return or exchange a purchase, you must email your request within 5 DAYS OF MERCHANDISE RECEIPT and returned within 21 days. We will issue a return authorization number which must appear on the shipping label when the merchandise is returned to us.
